Your responsibilities

 

  • Project lead in the context of maintenance and inspection measures in the field of steam generators/waste heat boilers and ancillary facilities for conventional power plants in Germany
  • Carrying out fault analyses, recording findings, damage assessments with associated determination of repair solutions and technical advice on our assets
  • Preparation of technical specifications, considering official requirements and legal requirements in the tendering process, as well as the analysis of technical offers, including participation in award negotiations
  • Project lead across all project phases with responsibility for quality, deadlines, and budgets as well as coordination of specialised departments involved in the project
  • Participation in interdisciplinary teams in the implementation of feasibility/economic and concept studies to investigate the optimization/upgrading of existing plants
  • Implementation of factory acceptance tests at manufacturers in Germany and abroad within the framework of project-specific quality control plans
     
 

 

Your profile


  • Degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, materials engineering, power plant technology or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the maintenance and revision management of steam generators including associated ancillary equipment in power plant technology
  • Experience in processing and implementing legal requirements, official requirements and technical regulations, including the technical support of operational documentation
  • Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety
  • Preferably knowledge of the assembly and commissioning of steam generators and waste heat boilers as well as welding technology
  • Experience in project management in intercultural teams
  • Structured, cost- and customer-oriented way of working and strong team skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Willingness to travel
