Our Project Assurance Center (PAC) division is an internal service provider to support the optimal development and implementation of asset projects. One of our goals is to support project managers in the execution of asset projects by providing them with tools, offering workshops and promoting an active exchange of knowledge. To this end, we use P² Asset Project Management, a community on our Coyo based employee communication platform "ping". The community's target group is Uniper employees who have a function in the areas of business development, project development and implementation or who aspire to this in the future. This is where we are looking for your support.

What we are looking for

  • Maintaining and updating the P² Community (e.g. updating self-learning modules, uploading training videos and presentations, creating new and pre-agreed content/news, updating and setting up new community pages).
  • Supporting the preparation of training materials from a P² brand perspective and recording online presentations/training and editing them for training purposes
  • Administration and maintenance of the community mailbox
  • Organizing and facilitating online trainings
  • Tracking the impact of events on community and user engagement and ensuring that P² meets monthly and annual KPIs in terms of new members and trainings
  • Managing our feedback channels and creating an optimal user experience within the community
  • Interact with community members to increase their engagement
  • Evaluate different ways of approaching to attract new members to the community
  • Assist in the further development and evaluation of user behavior of a Sharepoint based framework



Who we are seeking

  • Experience in organizing (online) events and facilitating (online) workshops
  • Knowledge of social media tools and their functional principles (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, others)
  • Knowledge of working with / creating communities on employee communication platforms, preferably Coyo, is an advantage
  • Experience in creating Sharepoint pages (UX/UI), tracking user behavior
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), which you will use, for example, to build and expand your network: across departments and across different hierarchies
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • German and English, fluent
