Electrical Engineer Teamlead for C&I Services (f/m/d)

 For our STS department we are looking for a team lead for the control and communication technology team!

Your responsibilities

• Team management with personnel responsibility for the C&I Services team (e.g. performance management, personnel development)
• Technical concept and basic planning, including the preparation of tender documents and implementation of power generation projects; gas technology and renewable energies
• Definition and implementation of quality assurance measures
• Project management in compliance with the relevant technical rules, regulations and laws
• Development of technical standards for implementing quality requirements in the planning phase
• Contract management
• Implementation of the Uniper safety culture as early as the planning phase 

Your profile

• University degree or equivalent education with a specialization in control or communications engineering
• Experience in dealing with suppliers (technical and commercial) 
• Technical expertise in the planning and adaptation of Siemens and/or ABB power plant control systems and in the planning of communication systems
• Project management experience 
• Strong process orientation, as well as a high sense of quality and responsibility, Ability to work in a team,  good organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Fluent in German and English, additional languages are welcome
• Willingness to travel, driving license class B
