Your responsibilities

 

  • Conducting system tests as part of HR automation
  • Validating job posting workflows in the production system
  • Documenting test results and identifying sources of error
  • Collaborating with the HR IT team to optimise requisition processes
  • Supporting the further development of tool briefings and interview guides
 

 

Your profile


  • Degree in economics, computer science or similar
  • Initial experience with HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Fieldglass)
  • Analytical thinking and structured approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Very good written and spoken German and English

In addition to some predefined stations, you can flexibly combine other departments that you would like to pass through and work in an international environment with team members from over 80 countries. Based in Germany, the program gives you a deep insight into our day-to-day business and helps you to explore your personal strengths. You will also have the opportunity to bring in and enhance your interpersonal and teamwork skills. Individual mentoring and a buddy from day one will ensure you have the best possible foundation for the next step in your career at Uniper. We are fortunate that, on average, more than 95 % of all trainees remain with our team after their program and take on an appropriate follow-up position.
