Your responsibilities
- You’ll become part of a dedicated team of sales experts and actively help provide our customers with tailored energy solutions.
- You’ll work with state-of-the-art sales systems and ensure that customer and contract-related data is processed reliably and efficiently.
- You’ll be responsible for maintaining customer and master data, thereby making an important contribution to high service quality.
- You’ll support our sales experts in preparing quotes for electricity and natural gas products and gain exciting insights into B2B energy sales.
- You’ll assist in creating and editing energy supply contracts and support sales processes during the quote preparation phase.
- You’ll independently manage contract archiving and ensure that our sales-related documents are organized and readily available at all times.
- You’ll help further develop and document sales processes and contribute your own ideas for optimizing workflows.
Your profile
- You are a currently enrolled student (f/m/d) in energy management, engineering, computer science, economics, or a comparable field of study.
- You have a good command of standard MS Office applications and are able to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems.
- You are known for your structured, meticulous, and reliable work style.
- Ideally, you’ve already had some exposure to the energy industry or the commodities market and would like to deepen this knowledge.
- You work responsibly and have a strong commitment to quality as well as a keen sense of compliance with processes and guidelines.
- You’re interested in sales processes and would like to gain insights into B2B energy sales.
- You demonstrate initiative, team spirit, and a strong willingness to learn.
- You have very good written and spoken German skills (at least C1 level).
