Your responsibilities

• Support the development and enhancement of power products and solutions for public utilities (Stadtwerke) and Industrial customers.
• Contribute to the management of the power product offerings and help align products with market developments, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in preparing product concepts and value propositions for power offerings.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial Teams, Legal, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to support the successful implementation and commercialization of energy products.
• Contribute to customer-facing materials and support go-to-market activities for new and existing product offerings.
• Support product lifecycle management activities, including product documentation, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Help optimize and document product management processes and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Contribute to projects related to full supply, flexibility solutions, PPAs, Power certificates and digital customer offerings

Your profile

• You are a currently enrolled student (f/m/d) in energy management, engineering, business administration, economics or a comparable field of study.
• You have a strong interest in energy markets, power products and the energy transition.
• You are comfortable working with MS Office applications and enjoy analyzing data and complex market-related topics.
• Ideally, you have gained first experience in the energy industry, power markets, commodities, or product management and would like to deepen your knowledge.
• You work in a structured, analytical, and reliable manner and pay close attention to quality and detail.
• You enjoy working across functions and communicating with different stakeholders.
• You demonstrate initiative, curiosity, and a strong willingness to learn in a dynamic business environment.
• You have very good written and spoken German skills (at least C1 level) and are comfortable communicating in English.
• Growth mindset with openness to new technologies and a willingness to continuously develop relevant skills and capabilities
