Your responsibilities

Support the preparation, facilitation, and follow-up of workshops and team sessions (e.g. alignment workshops, retrospectives, lessons learned).
Create presentations, summaries, and communication materials in both German and English.
Support the analysis of team feedback, collaboration patterns, and project culture indicators.
Provide organisational and administrative support for projects and teams.

Your profile

Currently enrolled as a student with at least two years of studies remaining.
Strong interest in collaboration, project culture, and digital ways of working.
High willingness to learn and to develop new skills.
Structured, reliable, and comfortable working in a cross-functional, international environment.
Fluent in English and German
Confident using MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams); experience with facilitation or workshops is a plus.
