Your responsibilities

Support the application management of our cloud-based IT services (e.g. Microsoft 365, Azure applications, SaaS tools)
Analyze, monitor, and document system resilience
Contribute to the optimization of error and incident handling processes
Support the automation of recovery and failover procedures
Work closely with the IT team on quality assurance activities
Create and maintain technical documentation and guidelines

Your profile

You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study
You have a strong interest in cloud architectures, modern SaaS solutions, and IT operations.
Initial experience with platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, or similar environments is an advantage
You demonstrate analytical thinking, a structured working approach, and enjoy working on complex technical topics
You have good German and English language skills
