Your responsibilities

 

  • Assisting the rollout of a new printing solution within Uniper
  • Potential to attend various locations within Uniper (in Germany) to assist with printer onboarding
  • Providing monitoring and reporting on the key focus areas
  • Support in coordinating and monitoring new process improvements
  • Get involved with end user issues to help identify resolutions should the processes not lead to a resolution
  • This role reports directly to the Service Owner for Printing
 

 

Your profile


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Computer Science or similar
  • Requires good analytical, coordination and communication skills
  • Being structured and paying attention to detail will be critical to ensure improvements are delivered
  • Ability to identify issues before they occur and to look for solutions or seek advice when challenges arise
  • Ideal for someone who is self-motivating and driven to deliver improvements to the service
  • This would also suite someone who wants to get a broad awareness of Uniper’s diverse Businesses
  • Language skills: spoken and written English language is important, with German an advantage
  • Ability to travel to various Uniper locations within Germany would also be an advantage
