Your responsibilities

Unterstützung bei der administrativen Betreuung von Trainings- und Lernangeboten bei Uniper, insbesondere bei E-Learnings
Pflege von Trainingsinhalten, Programmen und Lernlösungen in unserem Learning Management System
Vorbereitung und Testing unserer E-Learnings in den entsprechenden Autorentools
Mitwirkung beim Ausrollen unserer E-Learnings in unserem Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors Learning)
Kommunikation mit Lernenden und Unterstützung bei 1st Level Anfragen
Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung des internen Lernangebots, bei der Erstellung von Lernmaterialien (z. B. Präsentationen, Handouts) und/oder Übernahme von Verantwortung für eines oder mehrere unserer Lernprodukte nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitung

Your profile

Immatrikulation in einem HR-nahen Studiengang (z.B. BWL, [Wirtschafts-]Psychologie, Pädagogik oder vergleichbar)
Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich HR
Interesse an Trainingsthemen, digitalem Lernen und entsprechenden technischen Lösungen und Systemen
Ausgeprägte Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten mit viel Liebe zum Detail
Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Dienstleistungsverhalten
Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Outlook, Excel und Powerpoint
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch (in Wort und Schrift)
