Your responsibilities

Support for client-specific tasks in day-to-day operations / Preparation of contract-related documents
Operational tasks related to day-to-day business
Entry and processing of contract-related data into sales IT systems
Management and maintenance of the contract portfolio
Research on legal issues
Collaboration on sales projects / Taking on independent projects

Your profile

You are a currently enrolled student majoring in economics, law, business law, or a comparable field of study
Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Solution-oriented use of artificial intelligence tools
Willingness to proactively propose solutions during project-based work
Good German and English language skills
Enjoy working with legal topics
Enjoy working with sales-related topics
Interest in IT processes
You are characterized by reliability, commitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team
Some practical experience is desirable
Very important: Sales is a people business—we expect you to integrate into a team with strong communication skills
