Your responsibilities
As a working student you will serve the Head of APM team and various team members depending on tasks. You will be involved in various projects. You will support monthly performance dialogues held on team and department levels. You will contribute to improving major APM processes. You will be exposed to various internal stakeholders wherefore great communication skills are the key.
- Support the Head of APM: Provide essential support for various business tasks and projects
- Support Performance Dialogues: Prepare materials for the team’s and department’s monthly performance dialogues by collecting KPI data and preparing focus topics
- Deliver High-Quality Materials: Design and produce necessary documentation for senior management, including one-page decision templates, strategic summaries, and PowerPoint presentations
- Support Process Improvements: Identify, structure, solve, and implement quality improvements for APM processes
- Assist Portfolio Analysts: Support portfolio analysts on various portfolio optimization topics
- Implement Digital Initiatives: Enhance existing processes using the latest digitalization ideas and AI tools
Your profile
- University studies in business administration, engineering, IT or comparable studies
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience, ideally in energy industry
- Interested in getting a good understanding of Uniper’s business
- Excellent knowledge of Office (especially Power Point, Excel, Power BI)
- A strong will in taking over responsibility and improving processes
- Strive to work together in teams and very good communication skills
- Highly proactive and mobile with a hands-on and self-reflective personality
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse tasks with efficiency and prioritization
- Structured working approach with a collaborative and proactive mindset
- Excellent written and spoken English. German is advantageous
This position is based at our headquarters in Düsseldorf, but we offer flexibility for remote work.
