Our Trading & Commercial Track - Data Origination & Management Team in Düsseldorf is looking for YOU! Our 18-24 months program is your gateway to an in-depth understanding of Uniper's business and the evolving energy industry.   At Uniper, you will learn, grow, and collaborate with experts across various fields. You can gain international experience by doing an optional international placement. Your responsibilities

Start your program with a 6-months placement in Data Origination & Management. Following that, rotate flexibly upon your individual career development path and interests across Uniper
In your home unit, Data Origination & Management, you’ll get to know our business by supporting market data requests from the worldwide Uniper businesses, the management of the corresponding contracts and internal cost allocation, as well as communicating with external market data vendors
After your initial placement, you’ll rotate across various departments, tailoring your placements to align with your career aspirations
Design your individual trainee plan with guidance from a dedicated mentor who will support your personal and professional growth

Your profile

Successfully completed studies in business administration, operational excellence, (industrial) engineering, economics, mathematics or computer science
First relevant practical experiences gained through internships and/or working student activities in an international environment
Communication skills and the ambition and skills to network among different stakeholders paired with analytical skills, accuracy, and a love for detail.
Proficiency in English is required, German is a plus

Based in Germany, the program gives you a deep insight into our day-to-day business and helps you to explore your personal strengths. Individual mentoring and a buddy from day one will ensure you have the best possible foundation for the next step in your career at Uniper. We are fortunate that, on average, more than 95 % of all trainees remain with our team after their program and take on an appropriate follow-up position.
