Your responsibilities
- You will develop a deep understanding of Uniper’s business, its value drivers, and the business environment
- You will learn from and collaborate with experts from many different fields, contribute your ideas and work on your own projects with various stakeholders
- You will start in Business Controlling - Power and rotate flexibly upon your individual career development path
- You will support the energy transition by performing investment and contract evaluations and present results to support management decisions
- You will participate in creating transparency on financial performance to provide proper steering measures
- You will support the coordination of mid-term planning and projections in collaboration with the Controlling team and business lines
- You will be challenging deviations critically and develop innovative ideas to continuously improve the business and create value
- You will assist various digitalization activities within Controlling
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies with a focus on finance, business administration, international management or a similar field
- Relevant first practical experience gained through internships and/or working student activities
- Curiosity and openness to working in an international environment
- Intercultural experience is crucial, experience abroad a plus
- Sense of responsibility, proactivity and advanced interpersonal communication skills as well as a drive for continuous improvement with a hands-on mentality
- Analytical thinking and pursuit of continuous optimization, ideally IT affinity to support digitalization initiatives
- Basic understanding of controller terms and KPIs such as EBIT, OPEX, CAPEX, OCF and DCF evaluations and reporting in line with IFRS
- Fluency of written and spoken English is required, German is a plus
