Your responsibilities

 

  • Maintain our compliance register to ensure the 'Licence to Operate' in our current and future energy assets portfolio
  • Coordinate assessments and improvements of our global and local Business Directives and Management Systems
  • Support our Asset Governance Quality Engineers on the continuous development and improvement of our Integrated Quality Management System
  • Organize our Asset Governance Monthly Performance Dialogue, our Management Review and other Quality committees.
  • Maintain our Integrated Audit Plan and Document Management System for appropriate compliance documentation
 

 

Your profile


  • Successfully completed qualification in the commercial sector or similar 
  • Strong affinity for IT and numbers
  • Some years of experience in assistance and office management
  • Independence, reliability, flexibility and loyalty
  • Confident, friendly manner and strong organisational and teamwork skills
  • Communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Fluent in German and English, good knowledge of MS Office
