What we are looking for

  • Execute and coordinate M&A projects 
  • Lead cross-functional project teams at Uniper
  • Participate in the delivery of major corporate group initiatives (strategy, corporate development)
  • Actively collaborate to derive and update Uniper’s Group Strategy
  • Provide support in the process of defining portfolio measures

 

 

Who we are seeking

  • University degree in relevant field with outstanding academic results
  • First experience in M&A (corporate, investment banking or advisory/big4)
  • Ideally relevant job experience in the energy sector or related industries, e.g. consulting area
  • Strong conceptual, analytical and strategic mind with the ability to simultaneously consider a multitude of different variables
  • High willingness to develop and drive topics, high self-motivation, ability to work independently and under high pressure
  • Strong personal credibility, excellent team-working skills and ability to build strong working relationships across the Uniper Group
  • Creative and open-minded individual with a good sense of humour
