Your task


  • Manage extensive calendar of COO Asset Management 
  • Manage email communication in English and German
  • Organise and support meetings, workshops, offsite meetings for Asset Management Leadership Team
  • Manage travel arrangements and travel expenses
  • Coordination and organisation of board slots for the asset management team
  • Collecting and preparing information for cross-functional requests 
  • Act as interface between COO Asset Management and Asset Management Team
  • Close cooperation with Asset Management PAs, COO PAs & Uniper Board PAs
  • Management of office supplies, preparation of purchase requests and factual verification of invoices


Your profile

  • Several years of hands-on experience as Team Assistant / Executive Assistant
  • Very structured, independent and proactive way of working
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office 365
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English
