What we are looking for

  • You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of Fuel and By Product trades, including entry validation, data quality management, updating the trading system and related documentation
  • You will liaise with Front Office in response to any query and ensure timely and accurate billing and payments\cashing of receivables is made in accordance with Commercial Operations KPIs
  • You will ensure timely statistical reporting to authorities (Intrastat and Kohlemeldung) as well as internal ad-hoc requests from stakeholders
  • You will operate audits and follow up on recommendations with high quality and in given timeframe
  • You will support for accounting Monthly/Yearly closure to reconcile the books
  • Support and search for additional opportunities to create value, increase efficiency and improve effectiveness, also exploring digital tools

 

 

Who we are seeking

  • Educational or professional background in business administration/logistics/accounting or similar areas
  • Experience in physical commodity market (coal, freight, gas, heating oil etc), in deal validation, pre-settlement and settlement tasks 
  • Very strong team player
  • Experience in SAP and ETRMs preferred but not mandatory
  • Profound analytical skills and good knowledge of MS Office services
  • Distinctive customer orientation and focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
  • German fluency required, English is a plus
