Your responsibilities
- Administration and continuous further development of the existing company pension schemes and vehicles for the entire Uniper Group - CTA, pension fund, social partner pension fund, “Pensionskassen”
- Professional contact person for internal departments (e.g. Accounting, HR, Tax) for pension-related issues as well as external service providers with regard to the existing DB and DC pension commitments in the Uniper Group
- Independent organization and implementation of all processes arising in the so-called “Pension Office”, e.g. planning and structuring of content for various committees as well as preparation and follow-up of the necessary documents for decision-making and presentation of the results
- Middle and back-office activities in connection with external service providers, e.g. pension fund providers, portfolio managers, capital management companies and custodian banks
- Managing the project office for internal projects of the Pension Asset & Liability Management department, including coordination of external contractual relationships
- Representation of the Pension Asset & Liability Management department in Group-internal and Group-wide projects
- Support for M&A projects for the Pensions workstream
- Creating internal reports to track the KPI development of the pension vehicles, including further development and optimization of reporting in Power BI
- Supporting the portfolio managers in strategic considerations, e.g. in the analysis for the selection of fund managers
- Participation in investment committee meetings with asset managers
Your profile
- University degree in business administration, finance or a related field
- Sound knowledge and experience in the field of company pension schemes
- Initial experience in project management including leading your own workstreams
- Knowledge of employment law for company pension schemes is an advantage
- Analytical skills with an affinity for numbers and accuracy
- Careful, independent and responsible way of working as well as solution-oriented thinking
- Initiative and ability to innovate, flexibility and ability to work in a team
- Commitment and motivation to shape and improve your own area of work
- Ability to learn and the desire to constantly develop professionally
- Very good written and spoken German and English language skills
