By providing risk-oriented and independent views, we as Internal Audit support continuous improvement across Uniper’s existing and new businesses.

As part of our audit team, you will

 

  • Perform audit services in line with our high quality standards for our commercial activities 

  • Analyse and evaluate organisational structures, processes, associated risks and controls

  • Develop recommendations for improvements and risk mitigation in close alignment with the business

  • Prepare concise audit reports and present the result of your work to management

  • Foster the reliable and trustful cooperation with our audit clients

  • Support our own continuous improvement, making use of data and technology

 

 

Who we are seeking

The following skills and traits will help you in this role

 

  • University degree in Business Administration or comparable qualification
  • Knowledge about energy markets, the end-to-end trade lifecycle and risk management would be an advantage
  • First working experience in auditing, consulting or control functions
  • Risk and fraud risk awareness, governance and process design
  • Business acumen, critical thinking, professional curiosity and attention to detail
  • Team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High degree of ownership and drive to carry out tightly structured audits
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, other languages are a plus
  • Professional certificates (e.g. CIA, CISA, CFE) would be a plus
