Your responsibilities
- Preparation, execution and follow-up of Management Board and Supervisory Board meetings (including committees) and the corresponding resolutions (including circular resolutions)
- Supporting the CEO and the individual members of the Management Board in specific matters
- Interface with the Supervisory Board as well as supporting corporate bodies (Management Board/Board of Directors and Supervisory Board) of major Group companies
- Supporting the implementation of legally required decision-making and control processes in all Uniper companies
- Coordination and ongoing evaluation of processes and development of measures for further development/optimization, incl. digitalization options
- Other organizational tasks, incl. coordination of meetings in alignment with functions and Board assistants
- Providing input to yearly financial reports on behalf of the Supervisory Board and advising Uniper functions on structure and approval of group wide policies
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or university degree in law, economics, communication or alternative comparable degree
- Sound understanding of economic and entrepreneurial matters, ideally in a public listed entity and/or the energy sector, based on several years of professional experience
- Ability to efficiently interface with other departments as well as stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills and discretion
- High degree of structuredness, initiative, assertiveness, service mentality and (creative) solution orientation
- Strong teamwork and cooperation skills
- Full professional proficiency in German and English
