Your responsibilities

 

  • Lead / Manage / Support SAP PM standardization (OnePM) and Maintenance process harmonization in alignment with the outcome of the COODE programme and close cooperation across all countries and technologies down to plant level including support to reviewing and optimization of PM routines, to deliver operational excellence
  • Leading the alignment of / delivering / being part of the team that deliver the Maintenance tools & processes for all countries and technologies by supporting the SAP PM system configuration with regard to:
    • Physical asset verification
    • Criticality Review
    • Planned Maintenance
    • Warehousing, Finance, Maintenance, Mobile, KPI’s
  • Delivery of Asset Risk / Maintenance Strategy Team processes
  • Provide site user support as requested, such as Training, Guidance on supporting software, problem solving
  • Lead / Manage / Support the strategy and Governance to manage SAP role creation and allocation through the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tool
  • Lead / Manage / Support the quality control and assurance to carry out SAP system regression / error testing when required
  • Support the develop polices where necessary to support the Maintenance Systems Team processes
  • Leading the alignment of / delivering / being part of the team that delivers Uniper’s Growth ambitions by developing and delivering products and processes appropriate to the scale of the project
  • Support Gate paper/ Investment decisions for system process developments
  • Support the strategic development of SAP PM on its journey towards effective and intelligent management of Maintenance activities. Focused primarily on clearly understanding the full potential of SAP PM and then utilising/adopting any additional functionality that will aid the drive towards an optimised maintenance strategy using Quality Management and Performance Standards to support the current Plant Maintenance module
  • Lead / Manage / Support reviewing how the system is used providing governance to ensure the system is used in accordance with policy and standards documentation; this will include providing facilitation and guidance where required to support compliance
 

 

Your profile


  • Relevant university degree in engineering or science
  • Demonstrate working according to the Uniper Way
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and strategic skills essential, experience in project management advantageous/preferable
  • Demonstrate a strategic understanding of energy market trends and customer strategy and requirements
  • Relevant operational experience and technical competence in management of similar assets/business processes
  • Demonstrate success in developing maintenance strategies or concepts for the capital-intensive industry
  • Demonstrate Business acumen
  • Ability to influence across hierarchy, technology and country boundaries and managing cultural diversity
  • Willingness to undertake international travel
  • Ability to build, develop and motivate high performance teams
  • Business fluency in English and German is desirable
