Your responsibilities

• Manage commercial aspects of pilot, demonstration and deployment projects
• Identification and management of strategic cooperation partners (e.g. tech suppliers, offtakers)
• Develop bankable projects in Renewable Molecule (e.g. SAF, methanol, syngas production) and Carbon Management (e.g. Carbon Capture, Biochar)
• Test and develop innovative execution and financing vehicles (e.g. JV) for scaling/rollout and create business plans 
• Leading large cross-function project teams
• Interface to other Uniper functions on all management levels, e.g. Sales, Trading, Engineering, Market Analytics, Strategy
• Represent innovation activities internally and externally
• Be an ambassador for innovation and change

Your profile

• Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering or other STEM fields
• 5+ years relevant working experience on biofuels, aviation fuels, maritime fuels, chemicals or carbon capture is a must. Ideally background in business development, sales or project development
• Analytical, business, regulatory and strategic expertise to quickly and holistically understand, evaluate and develop business ideas
• Experience in building and implementing of commercial contracts, products and services 
• Leadership experience and ability to work in interdisciplinary environments and complex structures
• Independent way of working and ability to organize work in functional teams across all hierarchy levels
• Ability to perform under high time pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English
