Your responsibilities

 

For our dynamic team, focusing on developing and running  SAP (as well as Non-SAP) solutions for the areas  of Finance, Accounting, Treasury and Controlling, we are looking for a colleague, that would help us coordinate the different aspects of the service management, ranging from ensuring proper status of our assets in the internal system repositories (mainly ServiceNow, Azure DevOps) up to ensuring efficient and transparent collaboration with our near-shore and off-shore suppliers. Our primary focus is on SAP ERP (HANA DB) and S4HANA, hosted in Azure and in future in SAP RISE, of course strongly interconnected to the BTP environment, but we are supporting our business process owners also with a range of very important "Non-SAP" tools, that complement the SAP solutions.  

 

 

This role can be an opportunity for a new-starters in IT, that have fundamentals in SAP FI and CO, as well as for experienced senior experts in the primarily SAP driven area. Meaning for all those, that are willing to cover a wide spectrum of activities coming with providing a state of art IT capabilities to our very innovative and proactive Uniper colleagues. The main responsibilities for that to highlight are:

 

  • Functional as well as technical (SAP) coordination of collaboration with off-shore teams
  • Ensuring high data quality of entries in ServiceNow, being it applications, resolver groups etc.
  • Measuring the SLA / KPI fulfillment of our service cross the portfolio of solutions.
  • Ensuring a proper Service Transition into the Ops part of the "DevSecOps", i.e. documentation completeness, all the security and operational aspects of the solutions properly handed over by the various projects etc.
  • Support collaboration and communication cross-departments and cross-hierarchies, ensuring the relevant counterparts are informed about the crucial information and decisions.
  • Ensuring regular operational alignment with UIT controlling department and proper monitoring of budget planning and consumption.
  • Maintain a reliable DevSecOps basis in Azure DevOps, that is a basis for a collaboration with all relevant stakeholders, that which includes tasks in Incident management, Change management and various operational tasks.
  • Work in agile way with not only Azure DevOps, but also with SAP Solution Manager (CHARM).
 

 

Your profile


  • Proficiency in SAP FI and CO modules (onHANA and S4HANA)
  • Familiarity with Solution Manager CHARM processes
  • Knowledge of DevOps principles (ideally with experience in Azure DevOps)
  • Effective communication skills in both English and German
  • Capability to collaborate with international teams

 

Additional skills:

  • Understanding of- or certification in ITIL4
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of SAP BTP tools (Fiori, SAC)
  • Understanding of controlling mechanisms
