Your responsibilities

• Consolidated & integrated financial planning and projection incl. conception and coordination of the respective processes
• Maintenance of a comprehensive and meaningful EBIT-reporting for parts of the segment European Generation with specific focus on gas fired power production
• Analysis and reporting of the Controllable Costs for the segment European Generation
• Stakeholder management including interface to Business Controllers and various Accounting Teams
• Analysis of financial performance at segment level in actual and planning processes, identification of key drivers of variances and preparation of decision proposals
• Preparation of financial planning scenarios and analysis of their impact on the Segment European Generation
• Supporting the quarterly closing process and providing information for Uniper's external capital market reporting
• Continuous development & improvement of controlling instruments and key financial indicators such as EBIT und Controllable Costs
• Participation in group-wide projects for financial steering 
• Contribution to the governance of harmonized software solutions for consolidation and planning

Your profile

• Methodical and process know-how with regard to corporate financial management (planning & reporting, KPI analysis)
• Ability and interest in a well-founded analysis of controlling concepts as well as their application to concrete examples with a holistic view on various financial KPIs (e.g. EBIT)
• Knowledge of IFRS-based consolidation of income statement & controllable costs in a multi-level group structure
• Numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data and information in a clear and logical format
• Proven ability to see the big picture and summarize the financial performance based on market, operational and structural drivers
• Positive attitude towards change, transformation and challenges
• High level of self-organization, commitment, initiative, ability to work in a team, energy, flexibility, and willingness to work under pressure to achieve challenging objectives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English, additional knowledge of German is preferred
