What we are looking for

• The Financial Controller (m/w/d) is responsible for engaging and supporting a multi-functional financial team in continuously improving processes and sustaining these improvements in our state-of-the-art forecasting and reporting processes
• You work together with line managers, Subject Matter Experts (SME), Operational Excellence Navigators and team members across financial departments to facilitate, manage and support the identification of process weak points and identifying improvement opportunities and co-shaping the strategy to engage team members towards process improvement
• You are a major contributor in further improving and developing tools that enable more efficient ways of working (e.g further improving the use of Closing Pilot® through the use of digital tools or AI solutions, exploring new developments) that would add value for end users
