What we are looking for

  • Develop, lead and establish protocols and procedures at operational and strategic levels, and to innovate, develop and lead high standards of preparedness
  • Act as part of Uniper’s Corporate Security team, providing expertise and insight into Physical Security, Business Continuity, Crisis Management and Emergency Response across the whole business
  • Develop and steer the implementation of Uniper standards for Crisis Management across the whole Uniper business
  • ​​​​Key Activities:
    • Work with Trading management to develop strategies to meet the needs of the business
    • Deliver the underpinning services to meet the identified needs, either directly or through contracted services
    • Collaboration with other teams in development of HSSE initiatives, ensuring Business Continuity is considered in all relevant projects
    • Deliver Crisis management trainings and exercises for Uniper Trading business

 

 

Who we are seeking

  • Very good understanding of the elements of the ISO/IEC 22301 Business Continuity Management system as well as good knowledge of other important relevant regulatory requirements concerning emergency response, crisis management and business continuity management
  • Comprehensive understanding of emergency response, crisis management and business continuity management
  • Best-practice solutions designed to protect people and asset and increase the overall performance and effectiveness of an organization
  • Several formal certifications in the subject areas and attend regular education and training
  • Good knowledge of strategic business goals and ability to derive the necessary emergency response, crisis management and business continuity management requirements
  • Fluent in English
