Your responsibilities

• Advising Unipers business units in all legal matters with a focus on projects within the entire Uniper Group, including in the areas of renewables, hydrogen and other green products but as well for conventional generation projects
• Interdisciplinary project responsibility and first point of contact for all legal advice to complex national and international energy projects
• Drafting and negotiating contracts including for joint ventures, EPC-contracts as well as project development (including performance of Due Diligence)
• Close cooperation with other departments of the Uniper Group
• Selection and management of external law firms, including quality and cost management   

Your profile

• Law degree with strong academic credentials (equal to 2. German state exam)
• Several years of relevant professional experience in an international law firm or company, preferably in the energy industry
• Ability to take a proactive role in advising the group on risks and opportunities
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced, global environment, Project management or project leadership experience is beneficial
• Strong analytical mind-set and structured working style accompanied by a pragmatic approach and an ability to set priorities
• Strong team contributor and ability to also work individually
• Good understanding of business interrelationships and very good communication skills
• Confident appearance, excellent social skills, high level of commitment and responsible
• Business fluent English
• Further language skills (Italian, French, Polish, Hungarian) would be a plus
