Your responsibilities

• Drive Uniper’s new strategy to accelerate the energy transition, including our green power and gas portfolios:
• Develop Uniper’s commercial strategy for the CCO division (covering power,  coal and gas trading, global origination, sales),
• Drive decarbonization and green business development
• Lead and support projects to develop new business opportunities (incl. partnerships) and to implement the commercial strategy with regular exposure to senior executives
• Continuously review and proactively shape the CCO business portfolio
• Build strong collaborative working relationships across Uniper and business partners
• Contribute to a strong entrepreneurial and innovative performance culture

Your profile

• Educated to degree level in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or comparable studies
• Relevant job experience in the energy sector or related industries (e.g. consulting)
• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong focus on delivery of results with “getting things done”-attitude. High level of self-motivation, ability to work independently and under high pressure
• Aspiration to participate in Uniper leadership development programs
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strong team-player with contribution to teamwork in Strategic Development
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in business English
• Passionate, creative and open-minded individual & positive attitude with a good sense of humor
