Your responsibilities
- Conduct analysis of the entire asset portfolio of UNIPER and potential new business options, integrating technical, commercial and regulatory value drivers in comprehensive assessments
- Carry out evaluation for major asset-specific CAPEX sign-off (new-build, upgrade, life time extension, etc.) or mothball and divestment decision
- Undertake (asset) portfolio reviews and derive Board recommendations on corresponding optimisation measures
- Provide effective asset steering by deriving from UNIPER's corporate strategy an Asset Portfolio Strategy, actively supporting transformation of the existing asset portfolio
- Collaborate closely with sites and other business functions, e.g. Asset Operations, Business Controlling, Power, Asset Based Contracts, Asset Development etc.
- Align critical assumptions and present results across all reporting lines
Your profile
- Excellent university degree in engineering, economics or natural science
- Strong analytical, strategic but also entrepreneurial thinking
- Solid understanding of European energy markets (focus DE, UK, NL and HU) and the relevant drivers for transformation, especially regulatory frameworks and support mechanisms
- Proven track record in project management and collaborative stakeholder engagement
- Proficient skills in English language
- 3–5 years of relevant working experience
