SAP Application Manager

Your responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for;
- The design, optimization, and operation of SAP Systems and their integration to MS Azure and other platforms.
- You will work closely with other SAP functional and technical consultants, Enterprise Architects, the Security and compliance team & service providers to deliver excellent performance in ECC, HANA.
- You will also drive meaningful conversations with business leaders to convert business requirements into a conceptual design, based on best practices and internal guidelines.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering or related field required.
• Proven experience leading a globally distributed team.
• Solid experience as SAP ECC/HANA architect design, blueprint, and large-scale Enterprise Architecture project experience.
• Extensive SAP Basis experience that includes at least 2 end to end implementations as well as Support, upgrade, optimization, and various areas of SAP ECC/HANA
• Solid experience in designing SAP solutions on-premises / Cloud (Azure)
• Design & implementation of SAP Cloud Services, Solution Manager, ALM/CALM
• S/4 HANA experience (installations, upgrades) on Cloud with Greenfield/Brownfield migration approach
• Business fluent in English (German would be advantageous)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to establish, maintain and develop effective relationships across different business unit cultures
• Demonstrable versatility in multiple disciplines to achieve success in both technical and interpersonal roles
• Demonstrable pro-active approach to acquiring knowledge of world-class technologies.
• Knowledge of IT Service Delivery within an ITIL framework
• Prioritising workload to meet and, where practical, exceed Service Delivery KPIs
• Ability to enhance team performance by coaching less experienced team members
• Support and help shape the strategic thinking in the development of the services supported
• Adapting to changing circumstances to fit our IT strategy and taking a positive approach to change.
