  • Work with the senior leadership team to create site based HSS initiatives across CDCPK, deliver the Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Forum and HSSE Management Reviews, and play a central role in internal and external audits, site emergency plan testing and HSS system reviews.
  • Lead and support the team in incident investigation through the application of recognised models to identify root causes and identify recommendations to prevent re-occurrence, sharing HSSE Learnings across the Business and ensuring timely closeout of actions through company reporting and knowledge sharing systems.
  • Create and promote continuous improvement initiatives to shape flexible working, wellbeing and bring our company’s ‘Beyond Zero’ safety philosophy to life for CDCPK.
  • Operate as CDCPK’s contact point to central Uniper health, safety and security teams, engaging with group initiatives & reporting and managing threats & risks.
