Your responsibilities
Work with all traders/schedulers to assist with their day to day functional needs (deal entry, deal valuation, deal structuring etc.)
Assist in reporting process for Front Office across Gas and Power (phys. balancing check, actualization, deal entry correction/amendment)
Interface with middle office to troubleshoot issues daily (i.e. settlement differences, PnL discrepancies)
Book & validate non-standard trades executed by all desks (power, gas, global gas)
Act as back up for scheduling for Gas & Power scheduling
Automate processes around trade capture system and commercial reporting
Develop and support trading steering tools
Develop and implement trading KPIs
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, math or other quantitative field
High proficiency in spreadsheet development
Solid mental math computation skills
Advanced Excel Skillset
Intermediate coding skills (python, SQL, Power BI) & ETRM experience preferably Triple Point CXL or Endur
Strong level of initiative, self-motivation, and entrepreneurial spirit
Detail orientation with strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to multitask and integrate large amounts of complex information and focus on critical drivers
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster cross-functional relationships with customers and colleagues
