What we are looking for Assist with Market Risk reporting and process improvements Gain understanding of energy markets and energy traded products Work on up to 2 projects and present findings to Market Risk team Assist team members with ad hoc projects
Who we are seeking Currently working toward undergraduate degree in Finance/Business, Economics or Mathematics required Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel. Experience using scripting tools (Matlab, Python, VBA), and database languages (SQL) 0-1 year office work experience Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills Good written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and strong work ethic. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to think on the fly in a fast-paced environment Challenge the status quo and continuously drive improvement and innovation Problem Solving – the business relies on numbers and identifying problems and rectifying them is critical to the success of the business and the individual
