What we are looking for

  • Support the analysis of data with the aim of identifying opportunities for process improvements in Exchange, Clearing and Margining Team and other related business areas
  • Prepare presentations and other visuals for workshops to enable effective communication of themes and results
  • Design and implement templates to execute process analysis
  • Contribute to team meetings and workshops
  • Work with international teams like Front Office, Accounting and Treasury and other stakeholders over different Exchanges, markets and commodities
  • Be part of Digital Transformation program with focus on business process optimization and automation



Who we are seeking

  • Students following a course of study in economics or IT in an advanced semester,  complemented with an interest in the Lean / Operational Excellence
  • Above-average academic achievements
  • Strong process analysis and optimization skills with amazing communucitation capabilities
  • Knowledge and practical experience with Digital Collaboration tools (e.g. Office 365, MS Teams, MS Flow, PBI)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (experienced level VBA, macro's)
  • Very good knowledge of English; knowledge of additional languages would be advantageous
