What we are looking for

  • Support your mentor as well as the lawyers and non-legal colleagues in the Uniper Group's legal and compliance department
  • Work in interdisciplinary teams and participate in international projects
  • Independently review legal issues in a commercial context as well as current legislation

Please indicate in your application the area of law in which you would like to deepen your training. An assignment is in principle possible in any of our legal teams in the areas of: Compliance; Corporate Law & Legal Affairs; Energy Law & Regulation; General Law and Litigation; and Global International Law & Global Trading. These teams cover a wide range of areas of expertise, including general compliance (money laundering, corruption, sanctions, corporate criminal law, etc.) and trading compliance; antitrust and competition law; corporate and capital markets law; group finance law; general civil and contract law; IT law; public law including energy, environmental and public procurement law - to name just a few of the topics covered in our daily work.



Who we are seeking

  • A completed first state examination [German] or a corresponding international law degree 
  • A very good command of English and preferably further language skills
  • Fun and interest in solving legal and commercial issues in a diverse team
  • The ability to familiarize yourself with new topics quickly, in a structured manner and independently
  • Attention to detail, analytical skills, judgment, enthusiasm and interpersonal strengths 
  • And, last but not least, a keen interest in sustainability issues and in helping to shape Uniper's path to a climate-friendly future
