What we are looking for

  • Manage the day-to-day and ongoing operation, maintenance, usage, analysis and administration of SAP SuccessFactors suite with focus on the following areas: Learning, Talent, Development, Succession, Performance and Compensation
  • Support different business areas in HR by using the platform as administrator (inform, train and assist in maintaining)
  • Work closely with Business IT and third party suppliers to design and implement change requests and system improvements based on Uniper’s business needs and HR market trends
  • Consult business content owners (Learning) on the best practice in setting up learning journeys and support them with adequate reports
  • Optimize the linked employee journeys and enable Uniper employees using the system (by providing user guides, online help and other supporting documentation)
  • aid in the testing and quality assurance of eLearning products, specifically as they interact within SuccessFactors and provide solutions

 

 

Who we are seeking

  • Bachelor/Master-Degree in a related area (HR, Education, Economics, Media, IT) or similar

  • Experience in administration of HR/HX Systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar)

  • High customer orientation and understanding of Employee Experience/User Experience concept

  • Ideally experience with setting up e-learnings incl. authoring tools or screen casting tools)

  • Willingness to learn & empower yourself (with the support of various offerings and your manager)

  • Good German and English language skills
