Your responsibilities
- Maintain our compliance register to ensure the 'Licence to Operate' in our current and future energy assets portfolio
- Coordinate assessments and improvements of our global and local Business Directives and Management Systems
- Support our Asset Governance Quality Engineers on the continuous development and improvement of our Integrated Quality Management System
- Organize our Asset Governance Monthly Performance Dialogue, our Management Review and other Quality committees.
- Maintain our Integrated Audit Plan and Document Management System for appropriate compliance documentation
Your profile
- Successfully completed qualification in the commercial sector or similar
- Strong affinity for IT and numbers
- Some years of experience in assistance and office management
- Independence, reliability, flexibility and loyalty
- Confident, friendly manner and strong organisational and teamwork skills
- Communication skills and willingness to learn
- Fluent in German and English, good knowledge of MS Office
