Your responsibilities

• Contribute and support the further development of our data management and reporting tools in Procurement
• Mapping, documenting and upkeeping our Data Management and Reporting process flows and identify potential technical improvements
• Identify, analyze and track opportunities for new and/ or improved data insights across the procurement function
• Take an active role in our Agile delivery methodology to help deliver high value input to Procurement Management decisions
• Collaborate across our regions with regard to their needs for tailored reporting solutions
• Support the digital transformation of Procurement by sharing, expanding and widening the footprint of expertise
• Proactive and performance-oriented way of working while seeking (and engaging with) empowerment opportunities

Your profile

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Engineering, IT or comparable studies
• 5-8 years experience working in Data Management and Reporting in the utility sector (comparable large cap industries also welcome)
• Track record of results in contributing to the optimization of Data management and Reporting landscapes (procurement exposure advantageous)
• Expert knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx and consideration for integrating other technologies (AI and ML advantageous)
• Strong analytical skills combined with the resilience needed to assess problem statements and successfully drive implementation efforts
• Experience in working closely with international teams and appreciation for cultural differences and diversity
• Creative and open-minded personality with a good sense of humour
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English required (German or Swedish knowledge a clear plus)
