What we are looking for
Become a key part of the Asset Based Contract team and support us in developing our business range with one of our focus customers
- Identifying and negotiating business cases within the energy and industrial space for Uniper’s priority customer and help to accelerate the energy transition in combination with security of supply
- Interaction with existing and potential customers to develop and maintain asset based customer solutions in Germany
- Structure negotiations, project management and preparation of documents to facilitate industry solutions projects
- Cooperate and coordinate actions together with other technical and project development functions
- Foster business relation to key customer and develop common strategy for decarb solutions
- Improve asset based contracts expertise by sharing best practices within Uniper
- Maintain and optimize existing contracts during lifetime
- Identification and evaluation of contract related risks
- Manage approval processes and develop required papers for internal and external purposes in cooperation with the relevant Uniper departments
- Drive and support initiatives to aim economical optimization of contracts and assets
Who we are seeking
- University degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- Strong commercial mindset and deal-orientation
- Ability to manage a complex network of stakeholders from e.g. customers, partners, and local authorities at all hierarchy levels
- Excellent analytical, negotiation and relationship skills and experience in problem solving
- Business and market driven personality, with entrepreneurial and customer oriented spirit
- High level assertiveness, strong communication skills in an international environment and highly performance driven
- Fluency in German and English required, other additional languages advantageous
