What we are looking for
Providing comprehensive antitrust law advice to the entire Uniper group, particularly in support of Uniper’s operational businesses
Supporting the Uniper sales business with respect to issues related to antitrust law
Pursuing cartel damage claims out of court as well as in court
Supporting Uniper’s antitrust law compliance measures whilst continuously improving the antitrust law part of Uniper’s general compliance management system
Representing Uniper before national and international antitrust authorities
Representing Uniper in national and international merger control proceedings
Providing antitrust law support in litigation and arbitration proceedings
Closely cooperating with the global Uniper businesses through active participation in projects
Steering of external lawyers
Who we are seeking
Fully qualified law degree with excellent qualifications, preferably German qualified lawyer (f/m/d)
Relevant professional experience in a corporate environment or international law firm a plus
Experience or specific interest in the energy industry
Highly developed business acumen and strong analytical skills paired with the ability to explain complex issues in easy words
Confident manner, high level of personal initiative and assertiveness
Strong team player
Ability to manage processes in complex organizations
Willingness to become acquainted with new areas of legal expertise and new and complex matters
Excellent in German and English both written and spoken
This position is limited for two years.
