What we are looking for

  • Responsible for the performance oriented business development in fast moving environments
  • Develop new business opportunities
  • Project management profile able to lead / support projects and deliver work (at the office and in the field) with focus on 
  • sustainable and scalable value creation
  • Quantitative and qualitative evaluation and improvement of green electrification and digital businesses, technologies and market 
  • development scenarios
  • Proactive and continuous development of Uniper's Innovation strategy
  • Foster strategic partnerships and co-operations
  • Interface to other Uniper functions for technical aspects
  • Support representing innovation activities internally and externally

 

 

Who we are seeking

  • Relevant education with several years of working experience in business development, project engineering, project management, electrical or C&I engineering, ideally in energy, energy systems, 
  • telecommunications, software, automotive or start-ups
  • Experience in identification and evaluation of potential business ideas, supporting in building and implementing commercial products, services and solutions in the field of green electrification 
  • Business and analytical expertise to holistically understand, evaluate and develop business ideas and concepts
  • Ability to work in interdisciplinary environments and complex structures, including external customers and partners
  • Independent way of working and ability to deliver, organize and coordinate work in functional teams across all hierarchy levels
  • Willingness to develop competences in the field of innovation management, business development and project management
  • Good communication and presentation skills with ability to perform in changing and fast environments
  • Excellence in safety and sustainability culture
  • Fluency in English; any other language is a plus
