What we are looking for

  • Maximize the value of the IT project portfolio and steer the budget to target
  • Lead the governance forums of the portfolio stage-gate funnel with stakeholders from the wider organization on different management levels
  • Establish and improve idea & demand management processes and workflows
  • Create portfolio reports and analyses that provide insights for leadership decision making
  • Ensure financial transparency together with Controlling departments
  • Digitalize and automate all aspects of the investment funnel process and workflow
  • Develop governance & processes for agile portfolio management
  • Improve budget, benefits & risk management governance and processes

 

 

Who we are seeking

  • Advanced degree or qualification in Management or IT with minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in Portfolio and/or IT Project/Program Management, including experience with Project Portfolio Management Tools, e.g. ServiceNow ITBM, Planview, Clarity
  • Experience with classical waterfall and agile project/portfolio methodology, e.g. SAFe, Scrum, DevOps, etc.
  • Experience with reporting and data analysis with help of tools such as PowerBI and application of statistical models such as Monte Carlo simulation
  • Experience with process documentation (e.g. Symbio) and process improvement (e.g. Six Sigma)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office365, especially in MS Excel (pivot tables), and MS PowerPoint
  • Strong commercial drive, investor mindset, ability to challenge business cases
  • Strong collaboration skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present data-driven results appropriately for senior management
  • Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast paced, complex, and demanding environment
  • Fundamental knowledge of IT architecture and IT delivery concepts
  • Fluent in English and at least intermediate German knowledge (B1)
