What we are looking for

  • Analysis of the company's financial figures and performance, including the development of action-oriented decision templates for the management board as part of medium-term planning, forecasting, management reporting and actuals reporting
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and medium-term financial planning scenarios and analysis of the implications for the company
  • Implementation and coordination of planning and capital allocation processes as well as the definition and development of analysis tools (e.g. for cost or cash flow analyses)
  • Support in the development of future financial controlling reporting based on a tool-based solution (Power BI)
  • Support of international business activities in controlling issues
  • Creation of special analyzes and ad-hoc inquiries
  • Participation in group-wide projects regarding financial control
  • Willingness to work in an international and diverse team

 

 

Who we are seeking

  • Very good university degree in the field of business / finance / business engineering with a specialization in controlling, finance and / or accounting and experience in the field of controlling, finance, advisory or M&A
  • Well-founded knowledge of methods and processes of financial control (planning, forecasting, KPI analysis, value-based management, cash flow, IFRS), ideally already professional experience in this area
  • Ideally knowledge of common presentation tools (e.g. PowerBI, Atonyx or similar tools)
  • You have commitment, a sense of responsibility and sociability and work conscientiously
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English
