What we are looking for

  • Implement engaging and targeted (management) communication via dedicated channels (e.g. via Uniper’s internal social collaboration platform, different leadership conferences and other formats)
  • Support an effective dialogue of the Uniper leadership team with their employees and support them in becoming engaged ambassadors for the company
  • Prepare key messages, articles, Q&A or talking points as well as related (power point based) graphs and pictures in line with defined corporate messages
  • Ensure appropriate and timely dissemination of relevant information regarding topics of corporate relevance like strategic decisions, the current geopolitical situation and other major activities via dedicated materials and comms measures
  • Coordinate and implement different types of leadership meetings and other management conventions of company-wide interest, also in close cooperation with Uniper’s main shareholder Fortum
  • Support wider corporate communication activities as required and ensure a proper alignment with all stakeholders
  • Monitor feedback on comms measures via surveys and other indicators (click rates, etc.)



Who we are seeking

  • University degree in communications-related studies, ideally with a background in economics or business administration
  • Several years of experience in communication or in areas related to communication with proven writing-skills and a good feel for language as well as appropriate visualization
  • Excellent corporate communications know-how, including change communication, and good sense for the relevance of communication
  • Good knowledge of the energy industry and Uniper’s business
  • Experience in interacting with senior stakeholders
  • High motivation, flexibility, integrity, conceptual skills, and willingness to take over responsibility
  • Intercultural sensitivity, and a secure and confident demeanor
  • Excellent command of English and German in speaking and writing
  • Sense of humor
