Your responsibilities

• Manage digital transformation and change process across functions for the sustainable and successful development of the organization
• Facilitate management team to create vision and targets for digital transformation
• Analyse business process and derive digital optimization potential in close cooperation with experts in growth lines
• Implement Digi roadmap based on thorough analysis of current state and engage with stakeholders to ensure the delivery
• Build up internal and cross company networks and facilitate collaboration with our Digital Transformation team to realize the digital opportunities available in Digital Transformation Program portfolio
• Encourage innovative and digital ideation with agile working frameworks
• Support digital competency development including train employees on new tools and methods
• As part of the Business Support team also take over Business Support related tasks if needed

Your profile

• University degree with excellent grading in the relevant field
• Professional experience of minimum 3-5 years in relevant business area
• Project management experience including the coordination and completion of projects (PMP certification, Scrum, Lean is a plus)
• Good understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their fields of application (i.e. PowerBI and Microsoft Automation Suite)
• Outstanding interpersonal skills combined with excellence communication skills and ability to inspire people for change
• High level of commitment and team spirit with ‘can do’ mentality
• Appreciation for working in an international environment
• Professional command of English and German (desirable)
• Willingness to have lots of fun
• Willingness to travel in case needed
