What we are looking for

  • Develop, implement and, as far as possible, standardize new & innovative products in the area of ​​Green Power Purchase Agreements on the sales side for or with our wholesale customers
  • Creation of commercial models including business case, drafting of contracts, processes, etc.
  • Close cooperation with the respective front office units (e.g. key account managers)
  • Joint consultation of potential customers with the respective FO units to develop joint, customer-oriented solutions
  • Creation of training documents for the respective products
  • Carrying out internal and external training courses and presentations on our products
  • Close exchange with all stakeholders to evaluate and develop electricity supply contracts and concepts from renewable energies
  • Electricity market analysis for short and medium-term markets as well as consideration of long-term price developments.
  • Management of the relevant approval processes.



Who we are seeking

  • University degree in engineering, energy economics or business administration or a comparable discipline
  • Ideally five years of professional experience in the development of either innovative products, sales strategies and/or business development
  • Proven excellent analytical skills, initiative and very good teamwork skills
  • Experience in evaluating renewable generation profil  with a strong focus on wind
  • Structured and conceptual thinking and a certain degree of pragmatism
  • Good argumentation and persuasion skills as well as a confident demeanour
  • Flexibility, high commitment and ability to work under pressure
  • Good understanding of the energy industry and energy products
  • You enjoy working successfully in an international team
  • Fluent German and very good English skills
