What we are looking for

  • You facilitate and maintain strong relationships with our strategic IT suppliers
  • You negotiate new multi-year state-of-the-art IT contracts with precise and clear SLAs and flexible pricing in close collaboration with key stakeholders
  • You raise transparency of supplier performance and improve the service quality by developing and maintaining a performance management framework, including establishing annual goals with the supplier, developing and monitoring progress and the internal customer satisfaction
  • You manage claims/issues/dispute/escalations for all contract related topics of our strategic suppliers and constantly improve the existing contracts
  • You define negotiation and sourcing strategies and tactics, evaluation criteria and decision parameter for a multi-supplier environment in alignment with procurement



Who we are seeking

  • You have a University degree or adequate professional qualification in relevant field
  • You have proven experience in contract, vendor or relationship management or in another position with contractual and commercial focus
  • You have outstanding interpersonal skills with an affinity to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, suppliers and other (senior) stakeholders
  • You have profound negotiation and communication skills and a highly-developed ability to deal with conflicts in a constructive manner
  • You have above-average analytical and conceptual competencies
  • You are fluent in English
