What we are looking for

  • You will work in multiple operational roles and also have project responsibilities in order not just to learn the details of our business but to make an immediate contribution
  • You will spend time at various power plants and in our Dusseldorf headquarters
  • You will be supported in post by senior colleagues and also through a development program


Our World is rapidly changing as are the energy trading markets and our business needs to constantly adapt in order to be successful.  We need people that will embrace this challenge and will drive our business forward.



Who we are seeking


  • You’ll need at least a 2:1 (or equivalent) in a numerate subject possibly STEM or Business/Economics
  • You should have sharp analytical skills, an ability to work autonomously but also work well with others
  • Desire to challenge yourself and those around you to be successful in highly competitive traded markets



  • Digital skills including excel, VBA or coding languages 
  • An ability to manipulate and analyse complex information.
